Raise funds for the Team Hope Christmas Shoebox Appeal while watching TV!

We are asking you to watch the TV and listen to the radio! Yes we really are! It's probably something all of us do every day ... but now you can help raise money for Team Hope's Christmas Shoebox Appeal when you do! We will send you details of how to register to do a confidential survey with an online survey company who we partner with - either daily, weekly or whenever you feel able to - and you just complete details of what you've watched or listened to - and you'll have earned points for your survey.

We then collect all the points and convert them into cash!  Each completed survey will earn points and when you've accumulated a set number Team Hope gets €5. Continue watching and completing surveys and continue to raise funds throughout the year! 

Surveys like this are valuable to companies, as they help inform them about what media companies should develop.

All the money raised will currently be going towards the work of Team Hope and the Christmas Shoebox Appeal ... so the more you watch on the box ... the more you make towards a box or boxes! 

You just need a willingness to watch absolutely anything you fancy on the television, on Netflix, watch a film, listen to music or the radio .... yes we are giving you permission to sit back and relax - what better way could there be to volunteer!?!?

You will also require access to the Internet to complete your surveys online and an email address for your survey link to come through each day (although you don't have to complete them each day if you don't want to).

Is training provided?: No

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:

Watch TV, Netflix, DVD's or listen to music or You Tube channels

Apply initially online through the instructions that are sent to you on application. 

Confirm your contact details with Team Hope as the survey company do not share your information with us and we will need to know which local centre you are signed up for.

Complete a survey that is sent to you via email daily (you'll need to provide the survey company with a valid email address in due course) - you don't have to complete the survey every day but the more you do the more points you'll earn!

Watch the points add up just for watching TV!  Your volunteer hours for completing the surveys will also go towards your President's award if this is something you are completing.

An ability to watch TV, Netflix, DVD's or listen to music or You Tube channels

Details of time commitment needed for role:
5-10 minutes to complete a survey in addition to time taken to watch TV!

Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
