Description

Run Pack Pick-Up is the first time we will interact with the participants. The runners will be excited, nervous, and potentially have questions for us, so this role is an important one!

There are a few different roles at Run Pack Pick Up:

Run Pack’s: this involves scanning participant QR Code and assigning them a Run Number along with handing out safety pins and a Flashing Arm Band! Early Bird Tech-Tops: anyone who signed up during our early bird registration period gets a Tech Top. The sizes are given upon registration, so it’s a matter of checking their QR Code to confirm that they receive a Tech Top and what size they ordered when registering online. Information: the information desk is there to help answer any queries and clear any worries for the participant. Questions range from, where do I find my Start Corral to how to I get here, to what time does the race start, etc. We will provide maps, race day schedule, and all other FAQ’s that you can refer to.

Run Pack Pick Up will be hosted on Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November from 4pm – 8pm in Marina Market.

You will be supported by a Pod Leader and a Run in the Dark Staff member to train, guide, and answer any queries you may have!

Is training provided?: Yes
