Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with setting up the venue for weekly events and workshops (e.g., arranging chairs, setting up equipment, organizing materials).
  • Greet and assist members as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Provide support during events, such as handing out materials, serving refreshments, or helping with activity coordination.
  • Assist with cleaning up and restoring the space to order after the event.
  • Support the event leader or coordinator with any additional tasks as needed, including managing participant sign-ins or answering general questions.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
  • Reliability and punctuality, especially for Tuesday events.
  • Interest in supporting community groups or experience working in a community environment is a plus.

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Every Tuesday options: Mungret Gaa Club House - 11.30am to 12.30pm or The Unicorn Bar (function room upstairs) 7pm to 8.30pm or both.

Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hour p/week
