We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to manage our charity's email inbox. This role involves responding to inquiries, providing information about our programs, and assisting with communication between the organization and our supporters. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
In this volunteer position, you'll be responsible for several key tasks. First, you'll need to label and categorize incoming emails to ensure they are organized and easy to access. This might involve creating specific folders for different types of inquiries, such as donations, training opportunities, or general questions.
Additionally, you'll be expected to respond to emails in a timely manner, providing clear and helpful information to the sender. This could include answering questions about the charity's mission, upcoming events, or how to get involved. Your role will be crucial in maintaining effective communication and fostering a positive relationship with the charity's supporters.
Minimum time commitment per week:
2 hour p/week
