Description

We welcome instructors in Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness, Stretching, Chair-Based Exercises, Guided Relaxation, Breathing Techniques, and other Soft Wellness Activities that require minimal equipment or space. Additionally, we are seeking a qualified Gym Instructor to support individuals in our Detox and Recovery Gym.

As a volunteer, you’ll help participants develop confidence, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

  • Location: To be determined in interview (Dublin Area)
  • Commitment: 1 hour per week
  • Time: Flexible, based on your availability 
  • Requirements: Relevant qualifications or certifications in your chosen practice (e.g. Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness, etc.)

Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position which will be processed with you after you apply.

Skills required for this role:

Relevant qualifications or certifications are required for the activity you wish to deliver (ex. Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness, Chair-Based Exercises, etc.).

Personal insurance is required for those delivering Yoga and Pilates sessions.

To volunteer as a Gym Instructor, you must have a relevant qualification, personal insurance, and be a REPs Ireland member.

Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week

Additional screening required for this role:
To ensure the best experience for both volunteers and the people we support, we have a structured screening and onboarding process in place: 1. Send us your CV and proof of qualifications to express your interest in the role. 2. You’ll be invited for an informal interview to chat about the opportunity and your experience. 3. Garda vetting will be required for all volunteer roles. 4. You’ll complete some online training modules relevant to your role. 5. We’ll provide one-to-one support and guidance throughout the process. 6. You’ll receive a full induction into the service and your volunteering role. Once everything is in place, you’ll be ready to start your volunteering journey with us!
