The University of Galway, in association with Construct Innovate, MaREI and Engineers Ireland, is hosting a Family Fun Day in the Alice Perry Engineering building from 10 am-4 pm on Saturday 1th, March as part of Engineers Week 2025 (www.universityofgalway.ie/engineersweek). We are excited to be able to host this event in person once again, as we’ve had to deliver online events since 2019. The Family Fun Day will provide plenty of science and engineering shows, movie screenings, workshops and hands-on activities that will inspire young (and older) people and help them learn about the world around us.
We are looking for volunteers to help us out on the day.
�� You don’t need to be an engineering student to volunteer!
�� Garda vetting is not required for all tasks, but if you have Garda vetting, please let us know.
