Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in brainstorming and planning virtual or in-person events, such as workshops, talks, or social gatherings.
  • Communicate with speakers, participants, and partners to coordinate event details.
  • Help with event promotion via social media, email, and other communication channels.
  • Monitor event registration and attendance, and assist with follow-up communications.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
