Requirements:
The 10th Annual Croí night run takes place on Salthill Prom on October 11th wher 2000 people will take part in the 5km walk/run at 8pm. We require a large team of volunteers to support this event by marshalling along the route from Claddagh to Blackrock.
We normally set up from 6.30pm and the event will be over again by 9.30pm.
This event is one of the most important (and fun!) on the Croí calander as the funds raised by the participants will go to supporting heart & stroke services in Croi and out in the community.
Is training provided?: Yes
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Volunteers can call into Croí House for an informal chat with our Volunteer Manager prior to the event.
Minimum time commitment per week:
3 hour p/week
