Requirements:Capability to pass Garda vetting, Basic level of english, Moderate health and fitness
The main object for which Dublin Community Support is to improve the safety and wellbeing for members of the general public that have become victims of direct or indirect temporal difficulty within county Dublin.
This objective will be achieved by conducting regular search operations of regions within county Dublin and also through awareness campaigns which include talks, presentations, information stands etc.

Please note that Garda Vetting is required for this position which will be processed with you after you apply.
Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
- Patrol areas within Dublin in search of individuals experiencing temporal difficulty
- Administer first aid (only where trained to do so)
- River rescue (only where trained and safe to do so)
- Feed homeless through our Food4All initiative
- Interact with the community and promote safety and awareness
- Coduct surveys and investigations into community safety related issues

Details of time commitment needed for role:
Monday to Sunday 8pm to 1am (Hours are flexible. Volunteers may arrive and leave within these hours.)
Minimum time commitment per week:
1 hour p/week
