Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining and updating databases (e.g., member information, event registrants).
  • Help manage email communications, including responding to inquiries and organizing inboxes.
  • Support in drafting and editing documents, such as meeting agendas, minutes, or reports.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Interest in nonprofit management or community organizations is a plus.
