Gorm Media is a student led, start-up impact focused digital media platform that curates common ground through conversations that matter. Our mission is to spark a movement of unity and shared understanding through high quality digital media that captures the nuances, stories and experiences of Gen Zs and Millennials in our community.
We are preparing for our pilot and are looking for 1 student volunteers to join our social media team!
- 2 Content Creator
This volunteer will join a team of volunteers who embody our vision of shared understanding and help spearhead our mission of unity. Our pilot project is a collaborative online series that sees through the lens of different and diverse communities and has them answer questions that go undiscussed in popular Irish culture.
You will work a minimum of 3 hours a week.
Work is completely remote.

Tasks that the volunteer(s) will be expected to undertake:
Roles: Content Creator - we are looking for an open person who is a quick learner.
1. Research stories, engaging topics on our mission & inclusion and diversity in Ireland (and globally)
2. Prepare & schedule engaging, fast paced content for social channels and press weekly e.g. posts, memes, gifs, tik-toks, reels, stories, videos.
3. Join Team Meetings

- social media savvy; creativity; time management
- experience with canva.com, Kapwing.com & facebook studio
Details of time commitment needed for role:
Roles: Content Creator
5 hours min: you will be given the freedom/creativity to create posts for different topics but will be tied to certain deadlines for posting.
