Content Writer for Forest Friends Ireland

Forest Friends Ireland are currently looking for a content writer to contribute to their blog and social media platforms. The volunteer will be creating articles and posts around subject matters such as the environment, environmental news, sustainable business and living and related material that is present on their current blog.

Tasks to be undertaken:

1. Research: Volunteers will be reaseching into current environmental issues and related for article writing and social media content creation.
2. Content Writing: Produce a range of articles, updates, interviews, and other related posts for our website blog and social media platforms.

Skills required:

• Excellent written and communications skills in English
• Excellent researching skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word – Formatting, grammar, editing.
• Time management skills
• Work autonomously, be able to seek guidance where necessary and collaborate as part of a team.

Training is provided. CV and cover letter will be required as an additional screening process.
